Players check in, receive a schedule, warm up, and move through verified metric stations and baseball evaluation stations. Every athlete is timed, measured, and evaluated using consistent testing procedures designed to feel like a true scouting combine.
No. FVT events are built for players at any experience level. Our staff walks every athlete through each station so testing feels natural, simple, and consistent.
Most events run 2–3 hours, depending on registration numbers. You’ll receive a detailed schedule after you register.

Yes. Every public metric on player profiles is measured by FVT personnel using standardized timing equipment and radar guns to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Pitchers receive verified fastball and breaking ball velocities on FVT. For deeper pitch analytics, we integrate with ScoutByDNA.
Complete the Player Profile Registration form. Once submitted, the profile is marked Pending until our team reviews and approves it for public display.
Most profiles are reviewed and approved within 24–48 hours, often sooner depending on event volume.
Yes. You can request updates anytime, especially after new events, improved metrics, commitment changes, or school changes.
FVT provides your clean public profile and core verified metrics. ScoutByDNA adds advanced analytics, recruiting insights, and college matching tools.

Bring cleats, baseball pants, glove(s), and hydration. If hitting, bring your bat and helmet. We provide baseballs, radar, timing equipment, and testing stations.
Yes. Events have a set capacity. When an event fills, the system enables a Waitlist.
Coaches may attend certain events; however, the key value is trusted verified data and a clean profile coaches can review anytime.
We accept credit/debit cards. Your spot is confirmed once payment is completed.
Payment is required upfront to reserve your spot. Events frequently reach capacity, and unpaid registrations are not guaranteed.
General guidance:
- Injury/medical: Refunds or credits may be available with documentation.
- Weather postponement: Your registration transfers to the rescheduled date or you may request credit.
- No-show: Typically non-refundable.
If weather threatens safety or compromises testing accuracy, we reschedule. Registered players move to the new date automatically or may request credit for a future event.
Some events include photo/video for promotional content. Families are welcome to record personal clips.
Yes. Send us links for hitting, pitching, or defense and we can add them as part of your profile update.
Public FVT profiles are viewable by athletes, parents, high school coaches, travel coaches, college recruiters, and scouts.
No showcase can responsibly guarantee college placement. What we provide is trusted verified metrics, a clean profile, and better visibility.
Most players benefit from attending 2–4 times per year to update metrics, demonstrate improvement, and build a stronger data trail.
